Our Ministers
Jeffrey A. Sumner
Rev. Sumner has been the Pastor of
Westminster since 1985. He came to Florida after pastoring the First
Presbyterian Church of Malvern, Arkansas. He is a graduate of Princeton
Theological Seminary and DePauw University. His wife, Mary Ann, is has
an Elementary Education degree from DePauw and a Masters Degree in
Library Science from Rutgers University. She is the church’s Director of
Christian Education. They have three children, Christopher, Matthew, and
Jennifer.
Cara M Gee
Rev. Gee was ordained as the Associate Pastor of Westminster for
her first call at the beginning of 2008. She is a graduate of Pittsburgh
Theological Seminary and the College of Wooster. She married David,
another graduate of the College of Wooster, in 2007 and they are living
happily with their two dogs and two rabbits.
Richard L. Hills
Rev. Hills became a Parish Associate Minister at Westminster in 2006
following his retirement as founding Pastor of Port Orange Presbyterian
Church. He is a graduate of Louisville Presbyterian Theological
Seminary. His wife, Mary, has a Masters Degree in education from Stetson
University and is retired from Daytona Beach Community College. They
have three children and two grandchildren.
